Construction Is Put On Hold At Macy’s Union Square
For the month of December two blocks of Stockton street have been transformed into an open plaza, and Construction is put on hold at Macy’s downtown union square.
On Thursday December 3, Mayor Lee unveiled “Union Square’s SF Winter Walk” –For one month (Nov. 28-Jan thrugh January 1, 2014), Construction is put on hold and two blocks of Stockton Street will be open to pedestrians with nightly entertainment, food trucks and light art shows projected on the Macy’s Men’s Building featuring Jack Frost’s adventures as he spreads festive icicles to San Francisco.
