Marco Andretti led the motorcade of competition Indy cars across the Golden Gate Bridge in honor of fellow car driver and friend Justin Wilson. Wilson passed away on August. 24th due to a head injury he sustained the day before on the Pocono Raceway.

James Hinchcliffe, Will Power, Josef Newgarden, Marco Andretti, and and Graham Rajal all drove cars in formation, carrying the championship trophy, partly to promote the race and also to honor driver Justin Wilson.
