Tickets went on sale Monday, October 10th at 5pm at Ticketmaster.com, the venue box office or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000.This year’s line-up includes: Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Meghan Trainor, Hailee Steinfeld and Zara Larsson.
