France Hosts SuperEnduro World Championship

France Hosts The Sixth SuperEnduro

Reigning champion Taddy Blazusiak will be looking to secure a sixth SuperEnduro World Championship title at the final event of the season in France on Saturday, which will be broadcast live on Redbull.com.

Blazusiak has won every round so far, except for the previous outing in Brazil where he said he tried to race too cautiously and victory went to Cody Webb. Even then, the super Pole scored another podium and heads to France with a commanding lead in the championship.

Hot on his heels is the only other SuperEnduro world champion in the competition, David Knight. The Isle of Man rider is back racing on a KTM and has proven he still has a few tricks up his sleeve. Canny racing has kept him just behind Blazusiak throughout the championship so expect him to be in the final mix in Cahors.

Johnny Walker

Like Blazusiak, Jonny Walker made his name at the Red Bull Hare Scramble, and he’s been enjoying an astonishing run of success in Hard Enduro with wins at Hells Gate and The Tough One already under his belt this year. Taddy’s KTM Factory team-mate has been getting to grips with SuperEnduro this season and came close to overall victory in Brazil last time out.
