Kim Wayans

Kim Wayans is best known to television audiences for her work on the groundbreaking sketch comedy show “In Living Color” created by her brother, Keenen Ivory Wayans. She then co-starred in the series “In the House,” and later added producing, writing, and directing to her resume while working on “My Wife and Kids.”

Kim received rave reviews for her dramatic turn starring in the feature film “Pariah.” Additional feature film credits include “Dance Flick,” “I’m Gonna Git You Sucka,” “Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in The Hood,” “A Low Down Dirty Shame” and “Juwanna Man.”

On the stage, she wowed audiences with her dynamic one-woman show, “A Handsome Woman Retreats,” based on her experiences growing up in the projects and surviving in the jungles of Hollywood.

Wayans is also the author (with her husband, Kevin Knotts) of the children’s book series “Amy Hodgepodge.” There are six books in the series with plans to expand into an animated series. (www.amyhodgepodge.com)
