Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit. This year’s theme: Rising up to Leadership – It’s Time (Es Tiempo) May 3, 2014 – The 5th Annual Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit (SVLLS)

Organizers Frank Carbajal and his wife Molly brought together a group of approximately 250 students and professionals for a day of networking and inspirational presentations at the Stanford University Faculty Club.

The YLP and associated programs like the Ivy League Project and Stanford’s Casa Zapata seeks to promote entrepreneurship among young Latinas. A focus on encouraging more young Latinos to undertake studies in the sciences and engineering is considered essential as a step towards building their future businesses.
