The Taste of the NFL’s 25th anniversary coincides with the 50th anniversary of the Super Bowl and to honor the organization’s milestone and fundraising success, the NFL has redesigned the Taste of the NFL logo emblazoned with the football league’s golden anniversary shield.

Since its inception,  the Taste of the NFL has raised and donated over $24 million to food banks and nonprofit organizations within the 32 NFL cities.

Taste of the NFL is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a coalition of all-star supporters across three silver councils that will help to promote this year’s festivities and fundraising efforts. The Silver Alumni Council includes distinguished quarterbacks Archie Manning, Roger Staubach and Bart Starr; the Silver Culinary Council includes celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, and Emeril Lagasse; and the Silver Honorary Chair Councilincludes former Hall of Fame NFL coach Don Shula, actor, producer and hunger activist Jeff Bridges, former Dallas Cowboys fullback and sports commentator Daryl Johnston and former player and NFL coach Tony Dungy. Presiding as this year’s Culinary Host at the Party with a Purpose is Andrew Zimmern.

The Organization was founded by restaurateur and philanthropist Wayne Kostroski.
